I am currently offering FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders.
All ready-to-ship items are sent out within 3 - 5 working days.
Custom jewellery may take longer, and a timeframe can be found in the listing details.
I will contact you when I ship your item and provide you with your shipping details and tracking number.
The buyer is responsible for any Customs import taxes that may be imposed. You need to check for any extra customs and import taxes imposed/charged by both the government and shipping companies in your own country which you may have to pay (in particular England, Germany and Canada).We use UPS to ship packages. Once packages are shipped any extra fees incurred upon entry to any country is the responsibility of the customer.
Your purchase will be carefully packaged in a beautifully packed box with an extra FREE gift from Turkey and will be sent in a bubble-wrap postal bag.
Refunds & Returns:
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault as a result of craftmanship, please contact me so that I can arrange one of the following: repair of the item, refund or exchange. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, before the refund will be released.
Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can look into this. Eligibility for a refund on items damaged in transit will depend upon the shipping option chosen.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
