Each piece of jewelry is inspired by two aspects.
First, I am enthralled with different jewelry-making techniques which originated thousands of years ago and I love to explore new ways of doing things.
Second, my work is primarily imagined from ancient designs found on non-jewelry items like pots, walls, horse saddles, tattoos, carpets, yurts (ancients tents), and more.
Of course, sometimes I just like creating aesthetically pleasing jewelry that makes the wearer feel good. All of my designs and creations are adapted with my own personal touch & sensibility.
Each design is made from 925 silver (the specific silver that ensures strength for a long-life while also preserving its valuable qualities). Some pieces additionally contain brass or copper.
To ensure quality, I prefer starting with silver in its purest form. Then I melt it down and either flatten it or shape it into wire, depending on what I'm making.
Here is an example of the jewelry making process.
No, I don’t. Hand-cutting the silver, copper and brass is the most rewarding part of the process for me.

Everything, from start to finish, is authentically hand-made by me.
